A licence says an employer may sponsor — not that they are hiring, nor that any particular role will sponsor you. Only two countries publish such a register, so this is a fraction of what exists rather than a complete list.
Some sources we cannot carry listings from — because of their terms, or because they aggregate other sites in turn. So we say they exist instead, and what each one is good for.
